Description

Bright and cozy house in the touristic village of Pula, composed of a dining room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, laundry area, a little living room with a working space, a double bedroom (160X190 cm bed) and a private terrace balcony furnished with a sun curtain and a table and chairs.

Guests can take advantage of a free private parking space in a common courtyard.

The flat is located at the first floor accessible with a staircase so unfortunately not suitable for the disabled.

The flat is very close to Pula’s pedestrian precint, with the main square, shops, restaurants, bars, but in a very quiet location.

Pula is a lively village about thirty kilometers from Cagliari, with a strong tourist vocation. Thanks to its strategic position, it is the ideal base for visiting what are certainly the most beautiful beaches on the island: Nora (located just 3,5 Km away form the flat), the Chia area, Capo Spartivento, Tuerredda.

My name is Mario and I have been dealing with hospitality in my city, Cagliari, for several years. I started doing it as a sideline but over time I became passionate about it and made it my new profession (previously I was a manager for about 20 years) to which I dedicate myself exclusively and personally, taking care of every detail to offer an always more comfortable, well-organized, functional and practical accommodation.

I know the city and its surroundings well and I am always pleased, when possible, to get to know my guests personally and to give them advice for their stay.

I’m also a musician and play bass in B-SideOceans, an indie rock band, so fellow musicians are not only welcome but given special treatment.

During your stay

You can contact me from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. every day via call/text/email. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Additional Paid Services

• Early check in or late check out;

• Airport transfer (to be booked at least 48 hours in advance).

•   Intermediate cleaning during your stay (change of sheets and towels, cleaning of bathroom and kitchen).

•   Change of sheets and towels only.

•   Hire of beach umbrella.

•   Hire of beach kit consisting of 2 beach towels, 1 beach umbrella, 2 plastic chairs.

•   Booking of guided tours in town and out of town with a qualified guide.

• Booking of wine and cheese tastings with a qualified sommelier.

Services availables are guaranteed on the agreed dates if requested and paid before the beginning of the stay, otherwise within 24 hours from payment.

Additional services can be paid for via bank transfer or cash.

Privacy

The personal data that will be processed are:

E-mail, Telephone, Personal data, Details of identity documents, Payment data.

All data will be processed by Mario Bandel for the purposes related to booking accommodation and for mandatory communications to the Cagliari Police Headquarters.

In the event of a confirmed booking, the data will be kept until the end of the stay and subsequently deleted.

In the event of an unconfirmed booking, the data will be deleted immediately.

The booking of the accommodation is understood as consent to the processing of the aforementioned data for the indicated purposes. The processing of the data will comply with the provisions of the LEGISLATIVE DECREE 30 June 2003, n.196 containing the “Code regarding the protection of personal data”

• It is compulsory to separate and dispose of rubbish according to the Municipality’s rules, which will be given to you when you arrive.

• Self check-in available on request and for guests checking in after 19.00 hrs or as early as permitted. In any case, self check-in will only be possible after the payment of the total amount of the stay.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival, after which 50% refund will be made minus the cost of cleaning. From the day of check-in, no refunds will be given for cancellations.
