Pricing:
1) Terrazza del Sole Apartment (45 m2) from 40 € to 120 € per night + Cleaning fee (70 €)
2) St. John Apartment (45 m2) from 30 € to 90 € per night + Cleaning fee (70 €)
3) Pop Art Apartment (33 m2) from 35 € to 105 € per night + Cleaning fee (70 €)
4) Take it Easy Apartment Pula (60 m2) from 50 € to 150 € per night + Cleaning fee (100 €)
The price includes:
– electricity, water, wifi;
– air conditioning;
– initial and final cleaning;
– bed linen and towels for two people;
– Italian VAT (10%).
IMPORTANT!: City Tax is not included in price.

Terms of payment:
Payments must be made by irrevocable bank transfer (we do not accept cash, credit or debit cards). Payments shall be deemed to have been made when they are credited to the receiving account.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival, after which 50% refund will be made minus the cost of cleaning. From the day of check-in, no refunds will be given for cancellations.
Bookings:
You can book your stay in our apartements directly by sending us an email or whatsapp.
Guests must confirm theyr reservation within 72 hours by paying the deposit that will be notified (normally 25% of the cost of the stay). In case of non-payment the reservation will be cancelled.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before checking in, in case of non-payment it won’t be possible to check in and the deposit will be retained.
IMPORTANT!: 48 hours before arrival you will be asked to send a copy of IDs or passports of all guests, which will be used to fulfil the obligations provided for by Italian law regarding the communication of data to the police authority. In the absence the check-in cannot be carried out.

Our Accommodation
You will stay in a cozy house originally dating back to the first half of the twentieth century and modernized to make it practical and comfortable for your holiday in Cagliari.
The apartment, about 40 square meters, is on one floor on the ground floor and is organized to accommodate up to two people, has a living room with a kitchen equipped with all the essentials, a bedroom with a double bed (160X190 cm) and a private terrace above, accessible by an internal staircase, furnished with table, chairs and umbrella for those who love being outdoors. A Smart TV and unlimited fast internet access are available.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
You will find yourself in the oldest heart of the quiet and picturesque 13th century district. of Villanova, in the ZTL and on the edge of a pedestrian area made up of suggestive streets, squares, monuments but also excellent clubs and restaurants.
A few minutes away on foot you can find paid parking, bus stops, grocery stores, shops, the opera house and the port, train station (connected to the airport) and suburban buses at 1800 m.
In the city, 8 km from the apartment and also reachable by public transport, you will find the beautiful Poetto beach https://www.sardegnaturismo.it/it/esplora/poetto: 8 km of crystalline sea and fine white sand. In forty minutes by car you can reach the beach of Nora https://www.sardegnaturismo.it/it/esplora/nora and in about an hour the beaches of Chia and Teulada to the south, or always in about an hour you can reach the beaches to the east, Torre delle Stelle, Solanas, Villasimius just to name a few
