We are a small individual company focused on hospitality in Cagliari and in the touristic costal village of Pula (Sardinia, Italy), categorized by Italian law as “CAV (Case Appartamenti Vacanze)” and registered in Sardinian regional register of accomodating structures with the code F1480 (https://www.iun-ras.eu/F1480).
We own three independent apartments in the historical center of Cagliari.
We also manage a property in the village of Pula, about thirty Km from Cagliari, reìgistered with the code R5155 (www.iun-ras.eu/R5155).
All our apartments are non-smoking, furnished and equipped in a modern and functional way and will be at the complete disposal of guests without any space shared with others.
The apartments in Cagliari:
1) Terrazza del Sole Apartment (45 m2)
2) St. John Apartment (45 m2)
3) Pop Art Apartment (33 m2)
All apartments in the city of Cagliari have a bedroom with double bed, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, HD smart TV and free high-speed wifi.The Terrazza del Sole and St. John apartments are located in the historic district of Villanova, the Pop Art apartment is located in the historic district of Stampace.
In the city, 8 km from the apartments and also reachable by public transport, you will find the beautiful Poetto beach https://www.sardegnaturismo.it/it/explore/poetto: 8 km of fine white sand and crystalline sea. In forty minutes by car it is possible to reach the beach of Nora https://www.sardegnaturismo.it/it/esplora/nora and in about an hour the beaches of Chia and Teulada to the south, or again in about an hour you can reach the beaches to the east, Torre delle Stelle, Solanas, Villasimius just to name a few.
Close to the railway station is the terminal for the out-of-town buses that connect Cagliari with many places, including seaside resorts that can be visited in a single day.
The apartment in Pula
4) Take it Easy Apartment Pula (60 m2)
Our apartment in Pula is located close to the village’s pedestrian district, only 3,5 Km from the white sandy beach of Nora, and is the ideal starting point to reach the most beautiful beaches of the island: the Chia area, Capo Spartivento, Tuerredda. During the summer there is a public shuttle bus service between the village and the beaches of Nora and Santa Margherita.
The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, dining area with kitchen, washing machine, HD TV, living room with working space, private parking space and a balcony (Wifi is not available in this apartment).
Our Accommodation
You will stay in a cozy house originally dating back to the first half of the twentieth century and modernized to make it practical and comfortable for your holiday in Cagliari.
The apartment, about 40 square meters, is on one floor on the ground floor and is organized to accommodate up to two people, has a living room with a kitchen equipped with all the essentials, a bedroom with a double bed (160X190 cm) and a private terrace above, accessible by an internal staircase, furnished with table, chairs and umbrella for those who love being outdoors. A Smart TV and unlimited fast internet access are available.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
You will find yourself in the oldest heart of the quiet and picturesque 13th century district. of Villanova, in the ZTL and on the edge of a pedestrian area made up of suggestive streets, squares, monuments but also excellent clubs and restaurants.
A few minutes away on foot you can find paid parking, bus stops, grocery stores, shops, the opera house and the port, train station (connected to the airport) and suburban buses at 1800 m.
